Slowly but surely I’m noticing that ease and the cramping has stopped 🤞
I’m sleeping better as a result and feel more alert and energetic in the day.
My Gp has advised I stay on them as they have made such a difference so I can tell you they work 👌
I can thourally recommend the results are amazing and the price of this tablet in comparison to others with half the goodness of these ones means this for me is very reasonable and I’ll continue to use them in future.

I suffer from a variety of symptoms, mainly low quality sleep and fatigue. When having one of my daily moans, I was told to try magnesium, to see if it would alleviate my issues.
I'm pleased to note that I feel as if I'm not waking up during the night (which was a common occurrence for me prior to these) and therefore, less fatigued throughout the day.

I'd like to caveat that I am taking these alongside a healthy lifestyle, therefore I cannot exclusively say that my symptoms have been alleviated due to the supplements alone. However, I feel that they've certainly helped the process of feeling better!

With the zinc and the vitamin D3 added to this magnesium it makes it a good choice to take especially at bedtime because they help to relax the muscles. I especially like that there is magnesium malate in this brand because that really helps my restless legs at night. Only a month's supply so it is a bit expensive.

These are large capsules, but most high strength magnesium I've bought has been, so if you have issues with swallowing larger capsules, maybe opt for a liquid, but these are smooth & go down easily if you're used to taking that size capsule. I take these to help with terrible restless leg syndrome, & haven't noticed any worsening at all taking these vs my usual brand.

Since recovering from an illness that left me feeling weak, I decided to include magnesium as part of my daily routine. I had often seen low magnesium levels in my lab results and knew how important it's along with salt and potassium for supporting muscle and nerve function.. I don’t always remember to take my supplements but when I take magnesium consistently for a week or more.., I genuinely feel a difference. I have more energy, feel stronger during everyday activities and it also supports regular digestion. Anyway they are helping me when I take them.

Have been taking for a weekish now and as with all vitamins its hard to tell if there's a difference but I would say I feel some form of benefit however if I continue taking over a longer time frame i imagine the benefits will be more noticeable but all in all as vitamins go its good! this is also a months worth 2 a day 60 capsules.

This one’s a solid combo – decent amount of elemental magnesium, plus zinc and vitamin D3, so it ticks a few boxes in one go. I’ve been taking one capsule in the evening and it’s helped more than I expected. Sleep's not perfect (still got a baby, after all), but I fall asleep quicker and feel a bit more rested. The twitchy leg thing’s also calmed down a lot – which has saved me a few elbow jabs from the missus.

Capsules are easy to take, no chalky taste or dodgy after-effects. And nice to know it’s made in the UK and non-GMO – good peace of mind when you’re trying to look after your health in between nappy changes and reheated dinners.

Another great magnesium complex supplement. All the most absorbable, stomach friendly types with added zinc and d3 - what’s not to like. Regular size capsules, easy to take and flavourless. A great electrolyte.

I highly recommend this vitamin. I have always had Vitamin D deficiency. Tried all kinds. I read that you needed good form of Magnesium and Vitamin K at the same time to be able to uptake Vitamin D. This product has all 3 plus Zinc. It is the only product I could find that has a robust amount of all. Other products with same ingredients are lacking. It may have a lot of D and very little Magnesium, or hardly any D at all. I feel better all the way around!

These seem good quality capsules. There are 90 capsules in the pot with 4000iu of Vitamin D, as well as zinc, vit K2 and a small dose of magnessium. One will have to add in more magnessium and vit K2 for correct dosing. But as a starter capsule these should be fine, better than many multi dose capsules on the market for people who want to take one capsule per day rather than lots of different ones.

At first I was looking for vitamin D tablets to take, but I found this. The addition of K2, zinc and magnesium have a significant impact on the supplement compared to others I have tried in the past. My job is quite physical and after taking this for a week I feel much more awake, energized and ready to go. Happy with purchase.

My VITAVERUS Vitamin D3 4000 IU Supplement arrived in their own branded container. As well as Vitamin D you get added K2, Zinc & Magnesium. Due to bone and nerve conditions I take vitamin D daily. These capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.

I got these pills for my son (age 20) - he's lacking in Vitamin D but is a fussy eater so it's hard to get him to eat any vegetables or get many vitamins from his food intake. He hates most flavours so gummies are not an option - these are completely tasteless which is ideal for him.
They are quite large pills which I would struggle with, but they are coated capsules and he had no problems swallowing them. It's too soon to say whether they've had any effect yet but the fact he's taking them every day is a positive.

Good quality and high strenght Vitamin D3 with added Vitamin K2 (MK-7), Zinc and Magnesium. Easy to take with no aftertaste to it.
